What I wore... in a five day work week

The one thing I love about being a girl? Being able to dress up; do my hair and makeup; basically transform my whole overall look. To me, it's fun! I am also a huge fan of shopping for deals. I tend to shop the clearance racks for most of my clothes, but I also will use coupons for percentages off. My favorite stores are Kohl's, Maurices, and JCP. But I'm not afraid to step into a Goodwill every now and then.

Last week I decided to document every outfit I wore, in order to remember what I wore, and to share what outfits I came up with, with you all.

Monday

Starting off the work week on a good note has always been a rather great thing for me. I think that a good solid outfit sets the tone for the rest of the week.

Tuesday

On Tuesdays, I generally want to look laid back, but teacher-professional, mostly due to the fact that I have to go into the schools and pick up homework for the students.

Wednesday

Midweek, I generally am on third day hair, so I have to figure out an outfit that will jive well with an updo.

Thursday

On Thursdays, I am generally at the point when I am tired of dressing up and I am ready for my week to be over.

Friday

On Fridays, I am allowed to wear jeans, which makes me super happy!

Are you seeing a pattern here? In my opinion, jeans are one of the most versatile items in your closet; a good pair of black dress pants are the second. This is a personal assumption, mostly in part due to the fact that I'm not allowed to wear jeans, and most of my outfits are centered around black dress pants. And flats.
