Since I kinda was ahead of the confessional game yesterday, I decided to put another little spin on confessional Wednesday: today I am confessing that I can be a little country, and even redneck at times.
You see, where I live, there is a road/highway that kinda cuts the city in half, and if you live south of that line, you are basically country. Of course, I am not talking like backwoods of Louisiana county, I am talking about falling into the unincorportated school system country. Understand the difference? I mean, it's not like we have to drive 2 hours to the closest Walmart (it's less than 20 minutes), and we do have a Target, Sephora, and Ulta within 30 minutes. So no, we are not country country, but we sure do like to act like it sometimes. Let me show you some of the ways... *Be prepared to view some cute pics of Lil Man...
We like to talk to livestock....
And then love on them... #moocowlove
Please don't think that I actually have cows... this was at the county fair
We teach our children at a young age that John Deere is the way to go...
We like to fix up old go karts with tractor motors redneck style... (Yes, my house is surrounded by corn fields & that's my brother btw)
And then we like to take rides in them, because hey, what else is there to do?
And the children have a blast...
Sure those are only some of the ways that my family and I can be a little country, but we also love the feel of grass on our bare feet, a beer on a hot day, making sun tea on the back porch, helping people, and so much more.
Oh, btw... do you wanna win some money?

I hear you Sweetie! I live in Indiana now, but I was raised in Tennessee, so I too am country and can get a bit redneck sometimes!!
